VT Industries, Inc. Announces Expansion for Neenah, WI Manufacturing Facility

August 20, 2026 (Holstein, Iowa) — Coming on the heels of its company-wide 70th anniversary celebrations, VT Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce an investment in the company’s future growth and continued advancement of its architectural wood door business: a manufacturing expansion at its Neenah, Wisconsin, facility.

With groundbreaking slated for fall 2026, this expansion will add 52,000 square feet of finished goods storage and manufacturing space on the south side of the current property near John Street.

“VT is committed to continuing our investment in the Neenah facility, and this project represents an important step in that journey. The additional finished goods space will improve production flow and operational efficiency while creating opportunities to expand manufacturing capabilities and support future growth,” said Aaron Clausen, Co-President and third-generation owner.

Construction is expected to take just under one year, with the new space expected to be fully operational by summer 2027. This project marks the second expansion at our Neenah site since VT acquired the company in 2018. The first expansion was a 45,000-square-foot addition accommodating the Core Assembly Machine that began in June 2020.
