Project Profile
VT’s commercial fabrication team recently completed a renovation project at the Terraces of Roseville Senior living facility located in Roseville, California, just outside of Sacramento. The Terraces is a boutique senior living facility that aids with both independent and assisted living options. The project consisted of a mix of natural granite, quartz, and plastic laminate countertop surfaces throughout the common areas as part of an overall facelift to modernize the building.
The VT team fabricated and installed over 500 square feet of natural stone countertops including Della Terra quartz, Cambria’s Torquay quartz, Elegant Brown Quartzite, and Fusion Blue granite. Additionally, VT manufactured Dimensions laminate countertops for the project featuring the Tempo edge profile.
