VT Industries Acquires Eggers Industries

October 2, 2018 – VT Industries Inc. announced today it has acquired Eggers Industries, a national door and millwork manufacturer based in Wisconsin. The acquisition combines the two industry leaders in Architectural Wood Door businesses to offer greater appeal and value to the customers of both companies.

Founded in 1884 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Eggers Industries began manufacturing farm baskets. Soon, the company expanded and became the premier manufacturer of veneer seating. Today, the Eggers brand is known and respected for its robust product portfolio of premium architectural door products, wood paneling, custom conference tabletops, and veneer-wrapped components.
