VT Industries is pleased to announce that Jason Farver has been promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of VT Industries and will now lead both the Architectural Wood Door and Countertop Divisions.
Jason will focus on refining business processes and harmonizing them throughout the company, as well as continuing to drive continuous improvement initiatives. It’s in VT’s belief that by combining leadership teams, building world-class business processes and driving down our fixed costs, we can remain a leader in our industries. Jason has been with VT for nine years and held a variety of positions in the Architectural Wood Door Division. He began his career as the Vice President of Operations and in 2009, Jason was promoted to Vice President of the Door Division where he took on responsibilities for the Division’s sales, customer service, engineering and operations teams. In 2015, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Division.
Before joining VT Industries, Jason had a successful career with Pella Corporation where he held a variety of manufacturing and product development positions. He began his career as a Marketing Co-Op and then progressed through various leadership positions prior to joining VT.
Jason earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Iowa State University and completed his Executive MBA from Harvard University. Jason’s background, skills and experience uniquely qualifies him for this key leadership position.
