Pam Rohlk Promoted - Director of Customer Service
We are excited to announce the recent promotion of Pam Rohlk. In Pam's new role as Director of Customer Service, she will take on the responsibility of both the Architectural Wood Door Division and the Countertop Division Customer Service Teams.
“I believe we have some great synergies that can be realized by sharing best practices across Divisions in our Customer Service Departments,” notes VT’s Chief Operating Officer, Jason Farver. “Pam’s strategic focus will be to leverage her knowledge and experience across the divisions to realize productivity gains, improve customer service response times, and continue building on VT’s world-class customer experience.”
Pam has a long career in sales and customer service, and has built great customer relationships over her years at VT. She began her career with VT in 1988 as an Estimator and worked her way up to a Customer Service Manager. Pam attended Western Iowa Tech College where she received her Associates Degree. She has raised her family in Holstein and still resides in the community.
Pam’s knowledge of our processes, systems and customers’ expectations makes her a great fit for this new role.
