Located in New Orleans, the Ace Hotel combines unexpected details with the rich history and diverse influences of the city. The 1928 Art Deco building was renovated and re-opened in 2016. This beautiful space welcomes guests from near and far as they settle in to enjoy the vibrant spirit of New Orleans.
Architects were challenged to embody the spirit of New Orleans in the hotel's renovation. They wanted doors that would create a captivating entrance as guests arrived. The hotel needed a solution that could meet all of its specs while providing consistent beauty.
VT provided over 650 doors, including fire-rated and tall lobby variations. SUPA Doors featuring an Art Deco geometric motif adorn the guest rooms. Extra tall doors paired with custom glass in the lobby area define and divide public spaces from private.
