Project Overview:
45 Province Street is Boston’s premier luxury residence. The 31-story building features 5-star amenities, including a parking garage, 4-season rooftop pool, fitness center, spa, library, lounge, theater, and full-service restaurant. It has 138 units that range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms and sell for $750,000 to $5 million.
Building Challenge:
This upscale project required doors that complemented the distinctive architecture, while also providing the performance necessary for high-end residential applications.
VT’s Contribution:
VT Industries supplied 156 Stile & Rail Doors and 171 Door Frames for the building. The doors were single panel stile and rail with a dark stain, and they featured a 20-minute positive pressure fire rating.
