Job Description
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Supervise approximately 10 to 20 employees with emphasis on safety, product quality, team building, training, and schedule adherence.
Must have supervisory skills including employee training, appraisals, and terminations. Need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify, analyze and improve processes and be accountable for accurate and timely completion of production orders in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Other duties may be assigned.
Salaried position plus eligible for salaried employee bonus plan.
